In order to produce a compact water softener, you need a resin with a high exchange capacity and sufficient flow capacity. This means that you need another kind of resin. In addition, you need to reduce the salt consumption. This way, you can reduce your salt supply.

In the end, we decided to work with a very ‘clever’ kind of resin. It meets the set requirements and it has the advantage that you need less salt to regenerate. We expect to start serial production in the second half of 2019. To be continued.
